The Holešov industrial zone is constantly open to new opportunities. At the same time, she is looking for them not only in the Czech Republic, but also abroad. A few days ago, for example, she presented herself in Singapore at the Czech-Singapore business forum and in the Republic of Korea at a business meeting in Busan.

The trip was attended by Ing. M.Sc. Lucie Pluhařová, chairman of the board of Industry Servis ZK, which is in charge of the Holešov Zone. In addition to her, other entrepreneurs from the Czech Republic also participated in the expedition.

"One of the goals of our trip was to present the Holešov Strategic Industrial Zone. Asia can show us the next direction in many areas. I think it would be beneficial not only for the Holešov Zone, but also for the Zlín Region and the Czech Republic to find a new interesting investor in this part of the world, which definitely has a lot to offer," said Ing. M.Sc. Lucie Pluhařová.

The Czech-Singapore Business Forum began with the opening speeches of the Czech Minister of Transport M. Kupka, Singaporean Minister of Transport Chee Hong Tata, Vice-Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce M. Štefl and Chairman of the Czech-Central Asian Mixed Chamber of Commerce M. Bednář. Short speeches were followed by a moderated discussion panel, which was followed by presentations of individual Czech companies whose representatives participated in the expedition.

The business mission took place from April 10 to 14 and was organized in cooperation with the Czech-Singapore Chamber of Commerce and the Czech-Korean Committee at the Foreign Section of the Czech Chamber of Commerce. The mission was mainly focused on the areas of transport and transport infrastructure, SMART cities, construction, new technologies, energy, engineering, cosmonautics and aerospace, but companies from many other fields could also participate.

In Busan and Sejong, Korea, the Hyundai Rotem production plant was visited, a meeting was held with representatives of the Korean Railways, and the delegation also visited several technology centers.
