The first half of 2023 was successful for Zóna Holešov

After the successful year 2022, when several new investors started construction in the Holešov Zone and a total of 11 purchase contracts were concluded, the first half of this year was mainly focused on completing the divided work.

The positive news is in particular the finding of other new investors who could occupy an area of 3.35 hectares. The first new investor is a company engaged in the development and production of charging stations for electric cars and the production of special electrical products. The second investor then plans to build a shared services center in the Holešov Strategic Industrial Zone for the performance and provision of administrative support, engineering activities and the material and technical background of production activities. Purchase contracts with these investors have already been approved by the Zlín Regional Council.

"We are happy that we can build on the success of the previous year and welcome more new investors to the Holešov Zone. It is also important for us to complete ongoing investment actions, which we are doing well at the moment. Even now, further purchases of land by investors who have shown interest in parcels with an area of more than 20 ha are also being negotiated. I also positively evaluate the development of works on the expansion of the internal infrastructure, when a valid building permit was issued for the construction of the center-west. Thanks to this investment event, the Holešov Strategic Industrial Zone will be able to offer incoming investors additional fully prepared areas for future construction," said Ing. M.Sc. Lucie Pluhařová, chairman of the board of Industry Servis ZK, which is in charge of the Holešov Zone.

Interesting developments await the Holešov Zone also in the second half of this year, when the investors with whom the contracts were signed at the beginning of 2022 should start construction.
