Strategic Industrial Zone in Holešov has welcomed two new investors. The construction works have begun

Providing a unique competitive advantage in the form of great transport connections, the Strategic Industrial Zone in Holešov now more than ever becomes the first choice for investors to start or expand their business. At the end of 2021, it welcomed two new investors who will take up an area of approx. 2.5 ha.
The main objects added to the zone will mainly be production and storage halls. Those will cost the investors about 150M CZK.
It does not end with two new investors though - in spring 2022, there’s a plan to start construction work for at least two other investors, who should take up an area of approx. 2 ha. The management of the Zone is convinced even more buildings will be built throughout the year. With the new year, the Industry Zone in Holešov is picking up speed and is ready to help in all stages of realization and business in general.
First of the investors starting to build at the end of last year is VAPOL CZ, a distributor of tow bars and other car parts. The total floor area is about 1.5 ha and will come up to approx. 100M CZK. The CEO of the company appreciates namely the great connection of the Zone to the motorway network. Another company entering the Zone is a producer of plastic parts. It will take up an area of about 1 ha.
“We’re very pleased with the unceasing interest in the free plots. In our search and preferences right now, we’re focusing on rather small to medium-sized investors, who will bring the much needed innovation and production with added value to the Zone and the Kroměříž area,” stated Ing. Mgr. Lucie Pluhařová, chair of the board.
