Holešov Industrial Zone is transforming into a vibrant construction site

The strategic industrial zone Holešov is changing before our eyes. Large-scale buildings, heavy machinery and newly growing halls – all of this indicates that Holešov is becoming a truly vibrant center of business and investment in the Zlín Region.
Construction work is now being completed by several investors on the Zone area. The companies Lukrom, which is building facilities for agricultural technologies, and Plastix Trade, which is expanding its plastic processing capacities here, have entered the finishing line.
Another investor, Dinel, is approximately halfway through construction. Their new hall, focused on the production and development of sensor technology, is already starting to take shape.
At the same time, one of the largest infrastructure projects in the Zone is underway – the so-called Construction 11. It involves extensive modifications to the transport and technical infrastructure, which will significantly increase the attractiveness of this location for new investors. The construction is currently in the “dirty work” phase.

The current dynamics in the Zone confirm that the strategy of the region and the city is bearing results. The space, which has been prepared for a long time, has been transforming into an ideal place for the development of business and employment in recent months and years.
